Future leaders of greater Newark nonprofit organizations will participate in program sponsored by Victoria Foundation at Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership

Up to 15 nonprofit emerging leaders, who participated in the Greater Newark Ladder to Leadership (LTL) Program in 2011-2012, will be selected to continue their professional training in the Victoria Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Management and Personal Leadership Development (Victoria Emerging Leaders) Program. The Program will launch in September with the Institute for Ethical Leadership at Rutgers Business School.
